A new roof is one of the highest-ROI exterior upgrades. Typically adds $10,000–$20,000+ in resale value. Improves curb appeal instantly and makes your home more attractive to buyers and inspectors
Modern roofing systems reflect more heat, seal out drafts and improve attic ventilation which can lower heating/cooling costs 10–20% depending on the home.
A properly ventilated and insulated roof helps maintain: More consistent indoor temperature, less humidity buildup and reduced attic heat in summer
New roofs may: Qualify for lower insurance premiums. Reduce risk of claims. Make you eligible for certain discounts (i.e. impact-resistant shingles).
Most importantly, a new roof eliminates uncertainty. You don’t have to worry about leaks, storm damage, or hidden problems.
A new roofing system includes: Manufacturer warranty (often 25–50 years). Workmanship warranty from the contractor. This gives long-term peace of mind and protects your investment.
